No, you do not need to be home during your scheduled cleaning. As long as our cleaning professional has an agreed-upon way to access your home, you are free to go about your day. Please provide any necessary access instructions before your appointment.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No. Our cleaning professionals bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment needed to complete your service. If you have specific product preferences or sensitivities, please let us know before your appointment.
If you prefer that we use your household broom, mop, and/or vacuum, please notify us before your scheduled cleaning so we can make the necessary arrangements.
Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes! We offer biweekly recurring cleaning services to help you maintain a clean, comfortable home. An initial deep cleaning is required before beginning recurring service so we can establish a consistent maintenance routine.

To help us make the most of your scheduled cleaning time, we recommend picking up personal belongings, clothing, toys, and other loose items before your appointment. Please ensure that areas requiring attention are reasonably accessible. For kitchen deep cleaning, cabinets and drawers must be emptied if their interiors are included in your service.
We understand that plans can change. We ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be submitted at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
Changes made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 25% of the base service price, deducted from any applicable refund. Please review our booking policy for complete details.
Payment for the base service price is collected at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If additional services or excessive cleaning fees are needed, you will be notified and must approve any additional charges before the extra work is performed.
